Where EasyDMARC is stronger

• Breadth. Beyond DMARC, EasyDMARC sells DNS monitoring and backup, SSL and VMC monitoring, inbox placement tests, email verification, reputation monitoring and threat intelligence (malicious IPs, lookalike domains). DMARC Dojo covers DMARC, SPF and DKIM only.
• Forensic reports on every plan. EasyDMARC processes failure (RUF) reports from its entry plan. DMARC Dojo doesn’t process them.
• BIMI and MTA-STS hosting. Managed BIMI is on every plan and managed MTA-STS from Premium. DMARC Dojo detects these records but doesn’t host them.
• SPF flattening. EasySPF replaces includes with IP addresses and keeps the flattened record updated as providers change their ranges, so you can authorize more senders than 10 lookups normally allow. DMARC Dojo keeps you under the 10-lookup limit instead.
• MSP depth. White-labelled reports, PSA integrations with ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA and SyncroMSP, and pay-as-you-go per-domain billing for partners. DMARC Dojo’s Teams portals are read-only and have no PSA integrations.
• Compliance and scale. EasyDMARC runs an annual SOC 2 Type 2 audit, publishes a SOC 3 report, and says it serves more than 83,000 organizations in 130 countries. Enterprise adds SSO and audit logs. DMARC Dojo has no certifications or SSO.
• Support. Premium and above include email support, Plus and Premium get a dedicated customer success manager on annual billing (the custom plans include one), and a dedicated engineer is an add-on on Deliverability and included on Enterprise. DMARC Dojo has no phone support or dedicated staff.

Where DMARC Dojo is stronger

• No volume limits. DMARC Dojo’s price depends only on domain count. EasyDMARC’s price rises with monthly email volume, and each volume tier includes a fixed number of domains.
• More domains per dollar. Pro covers 25 domains and Teams 100. EasyDMARC’s self-serve plans cover 2 or 4 domains; more needs a custom plan.
• Hosted SPF and DKIM on the free plan. DMARC Dojo hosts DMARC, SPF and DKIM on every plan, including Free. On EasyDMARC, EasySPF starts at Premium and Managed DKIM is on the custom plans.
• SPF lookup guard without flattening. DMARC Dojo refuses SPF changes that would exceed 10 lookups, so the record stays a normal redirect= that lists each sender as a standard include.
• One-click setup with import. Connect Cloudflare or Amazon Route 53 and DMARC Dojo imports your current DMARC policy, SPF senders and DKIM keys before changing anything.
• AI and MCP on the cheaper plan. The AI analyst and full MCP tools come with Pro at $19 a month. EasyDMARC also supports MCP and has AI Agents; its AI Agents start at Premium.
• Guided enforcement. Belts (White, Orange, Black) and daily digests turn your reports into a short to-do list until every domain reaches p=reject.

Pricing compared

These examples use each vendor’s published list prices with annual billing, as of September 2026. They leave out taxes, discounts, EasyDMARC’s MSP pricing and custom quotes, and EasyDMARC includes modules DMARC Dojo doesn’t have, so compare the features you’d use, not just the totals.

EasyDMARC’s Plus and Premium prices step up at 100,000, 500,000, 1 million and (Premium only) 5 million emails a month, so check the tier that matches your actual volume on its pricing page.

Switching from EasyDMARC

1. List your senders. If you use EasySPF, your public SPF record is a single include, so note the services you authorized in EasyDMARC before you change anything. Your aggregate reports show the same list.
2. Add your domains to DMARC Dojo. Each gets a private report address like <token>@rua.dmarcdojo.ai.
3. Run both for a couple of weeks. A DMARC record can list several report addresses, so add DMARC Dojo next to EasyDMARC’s:

   Keep your current policy. If EasyDMARC’s Managed DMARC hosts the record, make the change there rather than in DNS.
4. Move to hosted records. One-click setup for Cloudflare or Route 53 imports your DMARC, SPF and DKIM and shows every record it will change. If you still want EasyDMARC to receive reports for a while, add its address under “Also send reports to” in DMARC Dojo’s policy settings.
5. Mind the SPF limit. If EasySPF was letting you exceed 10 lookups, DMARC Dojo will ask you to trim senders first. Moving a bulk sender to a subdomain is the usual fix.
6. Keep BIMI and MTA-STS working. If EasyDMARC hosts these, replace them with self-hosted records before you cancel, since DMARC Dojo doesn’t host them.

Which should you choose?

• Choose EasyDMARC if you want forensic reports, BIMI or MTA-STS hosting, SPF flattening, deliverability and threat-intelligence tools in one place, SOC 2 documentation, or PSA integrations for an MSP practice.
• Choose DMARC Dojo if you mainly need DMARC, SPF and DKIM handled, send a lot of mail from a few domains, or manage dozens of domains and want a flat, published price.
